Fees

We can resolve many cases without your having to appear in court -- or visit our office in person (if, for example, you have a single charge that can be resolved in a single appearance in Wake County Disposition Court -- Courtroom 2A).

Our fee to appear in Disposition Court cases is very competitive. We charge a flat fee which includes attorney compensation, your costs of court and fine. Our fees start at $195.

Funds paid over this site are processed by VeriSign®, a world leader in Internet Trust Services. Funds collected are held in trust until disposition of your case. In the event you do not receive a Notice of Confirmation of Acceptance of Representation, any funds deposited will be refunded (if applicable).

Our fees are subject to change and any such change will be effective upon being posted on this Website. (Of course, we will not change fees for clients who have already retained us.)
